REGISTRATION ON THE SITE

The Customer is prohibited from inserting false, and/or invented, and/or imaginary names in the online order procedure and in further communications. The Seller reserves the right to legally prosecute any violation and abuse, in the interest and protection of consumers.

PRODUCTS
All products sold on robertocavallivodka.com are present in our warehouse. Each product on sale is associated with a photograph of it. Due to variations in the packaging (e.g. change of year, label restyling…) the photographs may not exactly reflect the appearance of the product delivered. The actual availability of a product is however indicative, as multiple Customers can purchase it at the same time. In the event that a product is no longer available after making the purchase, Tuscany will offer the Customer a replacement with a similar product or may renounce the sale, returning the sum paid to the Customer.
PRICES
Unless otherwise indicated in writing, all prices of the Products and shipping costs indicated on the website www.robertocavallivodka.com are to be considered VAT included and expressed in Euros. The validity of the prices indicated is usually always that indicated by the website at the time the Order is transmitted via the Internet. Product prices and shipping costs may vary without notice. We therefore invite the Customer to ascertain the final sales price before submitting the relevant Order.
ORDER FULFILLMENT
Once the contract is concluded, Tuscany will send the Customer, by email, an Order Confirmation, containing a summary of the information already contained in the Order. Tuscany remains entitled, before sending the Order Confirmation, to request from the Customer, via e-mail or on the indicated telephone number, further information with reference to the Order sent via the Internet. Tuscany may not process purchase orders that do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in the event of unavailability of the products. In these cases, we will inform you by email that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not processed your Order, specifying the reasons. In this case, the sum previously committed to the Customer’s means of payment will be decommitted. If the products presented on the website are no longer available or on sale after sending the Order, Tuscany will be responsible for communicating to the Customer any unavailability of the Products ordered. In such

SHIPPING
Shipments are entrusted to specialized couriers and delivery, depending on the destination area of the goods, can take place within a period of time ranging from 24 hours to 4 working days, barring setbacks. All shipments are insured and we undertake to deliver them to the courier as quickly as possible. For shipments to the Minor Islands and Venice Lagoon, contact Customer Service BEFORE placing the order.
IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGED SHIPMENT
If at the time of delivery your order is visibly damaged by the courier (packaging broken or visibly stained by wine leaking from any broken bottles) you can:
– If there are multiple packages, return the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier’s note “With Reserve”. We will then take care of returning the damaged package and sending it back to you.
– However, if it is a single package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and, as before, we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment. In the event that the broken product is out of stock, you will be contacted for a possible replacement or for a refund of the sums paid. Any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and returning the new one are borne by Tuscany.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases on robertocavallivodka.com are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees the Customer the right of withdrawal for any reason. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of delivery of the purchased products.
CONDITIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The returned products must be intact, possibly in the original packaging. Once arrived in the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, you must send an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
– invoice number
– order number
– order’s date
– the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the item code– your bank details (IBAN code) for the refund
Subsequently, the Customer must wait for the return authorization communication from our Customer Service and within 15 days of receiving it, he must send the products subject to withdrawal to the following address:

These shipping costs are the full responsibility of the Customer.
Tuscany will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs. In general, although not expressly written, the legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any possible dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
