SECURE PAYMENT
All payments on robertocavallivodka.com are secure. If you wish to receive an invoice, please forward the request to our Customer Service after placing your order. You can make your purchases by choosing from the following payment methods at checkout:
PAYPAL
If you choose this payment method, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal site. Enter your identification data and proceed with payment. Your PayPal account information will not be communicated to Tuscany. PayPal accepts major cards, even on smartphones and tablets.
BANK TRANSFER
If you choose to pay by bank transfer, once the order is confirmed, you will be sent an email with the information to make the payment. In this case your order will be sent as soon as we receive the payment.

Returns
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
Purchases on robertocavallivodka.com are subject to the right of withdrawal for any reason. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 working days of delivery of the purchased products.
CONDITIONS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The returned products must be intact, possibly in the original packaging. Once arrived in the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering: for damaged or altered products it will not be possible to exercise the right of withdrawal. To exercise this right, you must send an email within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating:
– invoice number
– order number
– order’s date
– the product or products for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating the item code
– your bank details (IBAN code) for the refund
Subsequently, the Customer must wait for the return authorization communication from our Customer Service and within 15 days of receiving it, he must send the products subject to withdrawal to the following address:

These shipping costs are the full responsibility of the Customer.
Tuscany will refund the products subject to the right of withdrawal within 14 working days of receiving the goods. This refund does not include shipping costs. In general, although not expressly written, the legal provisions regarding distance contracts apply. Any possible dispute is subject to Italian jurisdiction.
Shipping
Tuscany delivers its products via the best couriers in the national territory. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are highlighted when the order is placed.
Shipments to Italy for orders over Euro 200.00 are free!
Barring unforeseen circumstances, we ship within 24-96 hours of receiving the order, from Monday to Friday.
Orders received over the weekend are processed the following Monday. To facilitate delivery you will need:
– Indicate an address where someone is always present to receive the package
– the surname indicated must correspond to the one on the doorbell. If the courier cannot find the name, it sends the package back to the sender as an “unknown address”
– Also add a telephone number to the data/p>
– Always add your postal code
The shipping prices shown below are a contribution to the cost we incur in packing and shipping the goods and always include VAT.
